Made in Mikawa♪ The secret to its popularity is its chewy, extra-thick noodles! An original created in collaboration with a famous noodle factory in Mikawa.By using domestic wheat, we have succeeded in creating both a chewy texture and a crunchy, firm texture! The extra-thick noodles are unique in that they cling to the sauce, and we have devised a way to make the noodles so that even if you pour a lot of sauce on them, the flavor remains just right.

We focus on the base (fabric)

In order to bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients, we do not use any spices or seasonings, and limit our work to creating a fluffy and creamy texture.Since we use carefully selected ingredients, it plays a role in conveying their flavor to the entire okonomiyaki.
